About the event
Join us for the Cinemaclique Film Festival - Shot on Smartphone Edition. We will be posting all official information soon, but here is some preliminary info to get started.
Film Submissions will be handled through Filmfreeway.com. Our FilmFreeway page will be live on November 1st.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 1ST Some Basic Rules:
Short films must have a runtime of 15 minutes or less.
The content of the films should be "rated R" or less.
Absolutely no generative Al to be used at any phase.
Your movie MUST be shot on a smartphone camera.
The content and genre of your film is totally up to you.
Finished films must be turned in by Feb. 1st, 2026

Networking Dinner @ 7:00pm: 17th Street Barbecue in Murphysboro, Illinois.
